Often colleagues from outside the traineeship are invited to share about their work, and trends and developments.

In the Trainee Consulting Initiative you can take on short-term projects from various business units in an interdisciplinary and motivated project team of fellow trainees. This initiative allows you to collaborate in self-organized project teams, in which you gain valuable hands-on experience in project management while enhancing your visibility across the company. It is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and highlight your skills.

At our Networking Events, you can engage with colleagues from various departments. They share their insights about their work or have a chat about relevant developments inside and outside TenneT. These gatherings not only help build your professional network but also provide a chance to explore potential new assignments.
